Relivo is an AI-powered event media platform that helps attendees instantly find their photos and helps organizers distribute, activate and measure event content.
What we protect
Event photos, guest contact details used for delivery, and — only after explicit consent — a selfie used to find that guest in the shoot. We do not sell attendee databases.
Biometric matching is opt-in
Selfie search is not silent crowd identification. Guests are told what the selfie is for, can refuse, and can request deletion. Organizers should not present matching as mandatory photography.
EU hosting and contracts
Digitalstories BV is a Belgian company. Guest data is hosted in the EU. A Data Processing Agreement is available at /dpa. The privacy policy is at /privacy.
Your role as controller
If you run the event, you are typically the controller. Relivo is the processor for platform processing. You still need signage, a DPIA when biometric processing is systematic, and a lawyer for your jurisdiction.
