How attendees can find themselves in event photos

What guests will actually do
They will scan a QR, take a selfie, and open an email that says their photos are ready. They will not install an app for one conference, and they will not browse 4,000 thumbnails on a train home.
What organizers must not skip
Consent comes before matching. Tell people what the selfie is used for, that they can refuse, and how to delete. Personalized does not mean 'we scanned the room without asking'.
What to do next
Put selfie search on the event page and in the last-day email. Measure how many guests matched. That number is more honest than 'we uploaded the photos'.

- What if someone does not want to use a selfie?
- They should still be able to refuse matching and, depending on your event setup, receive a non-personalized path or no biometric processing at all. Do not make 'find your photos' contingent on hidden identification.
