An event that size needs a team of photographers

Teamleader is one of Ghent's best-known SaaS companies. Its Work Smarter event in 2024 brought more than 1,500 people to the city for a day on productivity and growth. An event that size does not run on one photographer. It needs a team.

The trouble with a team of photographers is what happens after. Their work usually ends up in six separate exports, handed over weeks later, long after the energy of the day has faded. Six photographers means six folders and a gallery almost nobody opens by the time it arrives.

One live gallery, fed by six cameras at once

Relivo collapsed that. For the first time, six photographers uploaded to a single shared gallery, and their photos went live as they shot. 942 images flowed into one searchable gallery in real time.

Attendees uploaded a selfie and found themselves while the event was still happening. No waiting, no folder wrangling, no month-long delay. 1,194 attendees were onboarded into the gallery, and of the 306 selfie searches, 214 were matched.

For a multi-track event with more than one photographer, that is the difference between a gallery people experience in the room and a folder that surfaces weeks later, if at all.
