Groep Arthur, the agency behind the celebration, needed a photo experience that matched the scale and the stakes of the day.

Privacy by design, not by policy alone
The usual approach to employee event photos creates a privacy problem before it creates a memory. Publish everyone's faces in one open gallery, and you have handed out images of thousands of staff with no control over who sees them.
